Keynote Speaker

Professor Zhou Jianshe holds a Ph.D. from Wuhan University and has been a senior visiting scholar at the University of Texas and the University of Kansas in the United States. He is the director of the National Language Commission's China Language Intelligence Research Center and the director of the Language Intelligence Special Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. He has served as the head of the expert group for the selection of typical and exemplary cases of national education informatization by the Ministry of Education, an expert in formulating the training course standards for primary and secondary school teachers by the Ministry of Education, an expert in reviewing the Chinese language questions for the Beijing College Entrance Examination, and the head of the Chinese language question-setting group for the Beijing College Entrance Examination for students from secondary teachers' colleges. He has also served as the vice president of teaching and research at Capital Normal University and the director of the university's teaching guidance committee. He pioneered the discipline of language intelligence in China and established the country's first doctoral program in language intelligence. He has led over 20 national and provincial-level projects, including major projects of the National Social Science Foundation and the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has published over 150 papers in journals such as "Social Sciences in China", "Xinhua Digest", "Application of Language and Character", and "People's Daily". He has authored, edited, and co-edited 82 volumes of books, and holds over 30 patents and software copyrights. He has won the First Prize for Outstanding Teaching Achievements in Beijing, the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Beijing, the Second Prize for Outstanding Teaching Achievements of the State, the Annual Person of Science and Technology in China, and the First Prize for Technological Progress in Artificial Intelligence named after Wu Wenjun, the highest award in China's intelligent technology field.
