Main Content
Generative artificial intelligence has greatly expanded the channels through which humans acquire knowledge, giving rise to artificial cognitive approaches and human-machine hybrid cognitive subjects. This will not only lead to the transfer of human cognitive power, the weakening of the authority of expert knowledge, the diversification of truth standards and the collapse of traditional value systems, but also may cause an irreparable intelligence gap, resulting in one-way human-machine interaction, generating post-humanist identity anxiety, and ultimately reconstructing the entire knowledge production chain, leading to a transformation of human cognitive paradigms. This report will elaborate on the ten cognitive challenges that generative artificial intelligence may lead to and the transformation of the fifth cognitive paradigm.
