
Keynote Speaker:
Sun Chunchen is currently a Distinguished Xiaoxiang Scholar Professor at Hunan Normal University, a Research Fellow at the Institute of Philosophy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a member of the National Science and Technology Ethics Committee, President of the Chinese Ethics Society, and Editor-in-Chief of the society's journal Morality and Civilization. His main research areas include ethical principles and applied ethics. He has published numerous monographs, including Research on Market Economy Ethics, On Life and Death, New Perspectives on Ethics, and On the Happiness of Life. Among these, New Perspectives on Ethics won the Second Prize in the "Monograph" category at the Third Outstanding Research Achievement Awards of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and On the Happiness of Life received the Sixth National "Five One Project" Award. He has published over 110 academic papers and research reports in domestic and international journals and newspapers. He’s the Principal Investigator (PI) for major projects such as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences' Major Bidding Project "Economic Ethics and Social Development," the Academy's National Situation Fieldwork Projects "Current Status, Problems, and Solutions of Moral Education Courses in Universities" and "Research on the Effectiveness of Building a Socialist Core Values System," as well as projects commissioned by the Publicity Department, including "Harmonious Society and Civic Morality" and "Integrity Building and Civic Responsibility." He has also participated in multiple National Social Science Fund projects.
